Call for Papers
The 18th Annual SDPS conference is a premier forum for knowledge integration which attracts scientists, researchers and professionals who promote excellence in transdisciplinary research and education through collaboration and cooperation between academia and industry and across boundaries of disciplines and research fields. The focus is on human needs engineering. SDPS 2013 also provides an excellent venue for researchers and practitioners in transdisciplinary research and education who focus on theoretical, methodological, and technological advances in the development of transformative systems through transdisciplinary means. The conference seeks original and high quality research papers and experience reports from highly motivated individuals with openness and enthusiasm towards using innovative approaches in solving academic, technical, business and social problems in our modern society. However, we also encourage works-in-progress in transdisciplinary research and development areas centered on various human needs. Our sessions and workshops are also open to a range of transdisciplinary disciplines applied across engineering, business, management, healthcare, education and governance.
Special Benefits to SDPS 2013 Paper Submissions
- Best paper award will be given during the conference gala banquet;
- Selected papers will be published in the SDPS journal;
- Selected group of related papers will be published in a special issue of the SDPS journal;
- SDPS Publishes a number of books each year and extended versions of conference papers may be considered for publication.
